Workshop where conducted to improve Panchayti system in Bihar.  It was very intractive and interesting for our European participants to know about "Panchayati System" working in India. Dr Pradeep Kumar, President of Indo-European Education Foundation, and Faculty at University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland presented his view how and what Bihar can learn from Poland "Building Local Government Lesson of experience from the Polish transition" he emphasizes on "local self governance" system which will be accountable for the local gorwth without any interferance of central financial system.

Prof. (Dr) Iryna Kramar, Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University, Ukraine, presented her views about Ukraine in Indian context; Prof (Dr) Ecaterina Zeca, University of Galati, Romania mentioned about the importance of local governance for the development of regional and national life style; Prof. (Dr) Silvius Stanciu, University of Galati, Romania also mentioned about Romanian sociaty and contribution of University of Galati for social development programs.

Indian Counterparts were sharing their own experiences and considered about the measures to be taken care for the improvement of Panchayatiraj system in Bihar. Workshop were inaugurated by Hon’ble Justice Smt. MRIDULA Mishara, Vice-Chancellor, CNLU, Patna and followed by Prof. S.P.Singh, Chair Profesor, Panchayati Raj & Dean, Social Sciences, CNLU, Patna, along with other participants:
