The 3rd International Conference ``Innovations in Management & Information Technology" has been conducted successfully. It was organized by Yashaswi Education Society's International Institute of Management Sciences (IIMS), Chinchwad, Pune, India in association with INDO-EUROPEAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION (Poland), IIPM (Pune), and Mahsa University, Malaysia during April 7-8, 2023.

The conference began with a Welcome Address delivered by Dr. Shivaji Mundhe, Director IIMS, Pune, India, on April 7th, 2023, and followed by other eminent speakers: Assoc. Prof Dr Syriac Nellikunnel Devasia Dean, Faculty of Business and Accountancy (FOBA), MAHSA University, Malaysia; Hon'ble President Mr. Vishwesh Kulkarni, Yashaswi Group, India; Mr Gurbax Singh, Managing Director, EagleBurgmann India Pvt Ltd; Dr R.K .Kamat, Vice Chancellor, Dr. Homi Bhabha State University; Dr Parag Kalkar, Dean, Commerce and Management Savitribai Phule Pune University; Dr. Prafulla Pawar, Registrar, Savitribai Phule Pune University; Dr Mujitaba Momin, American University of Middle- East (Inaffiliation with Purdue University, Indiana , USA). S.V Bhave, Director (HR), Bharat Forge, Fellow Member NIP. Later the conference was divided into a few technical sessions.

The Second Day of the conference on 8th April began with an inaugural speech delivered by D Capt Dr. C.M Chitale Professor Emeritus, SPPU; addressed by Ms. Pallavi Bhoite, Sr Manager HR & Admin EagleBurgmann India Private Ltd; Guest of Honor Dr. Pradeep Kumar, President, Indo European Educational Foundation, Poland; Prof. Dr. Inz. Marisuz Kolosowski, Vice Rector, University of Applied Sciences, Nyasa, Poland; Dr. Shad Khan University of Buraimi Al Buraymi, Oman; Mr. Inder Singh, Sr Vice President Manufacturing EagleBurgmann India Private Ltd.; Assoc Prof Dr. Syriac Nellikunnel Devasia Dean Faculty of Business and Accountancy (FOBA) MAHSA University, Malayasia; and end up the conference with vote of thanks delivered by Dr Vandana Mohanty, IIMS Pune.

 Dr. Pradeep Kumar, President, Indo European Educational Foundation, Poland, was invited as a guest of honor and delivered his talk on "INNOVATION IN MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: EDUCATION". He has highlighted the importance of education for the innovation in management and technology. At the same time our guest of honor Prof. Dr. Inz. Marisuz Kolosowski, Vice Rector, University of Applied Sciences, Nyasa, Poland has presented our partner university "university of Applied Sciences in Nysa'', Poland and its innovative tools and techniques applied by the university in order to maintain the quality education and make our students ready for labour market not only for today but also for tomorrow.
