Academia-Industry Experience in the European Union- AIEEAl (EU 27) Project kicked off by IEEF

(Short Visit Academia-Cum-Industrial Experience EU 27)

The long awaited project "Academia-Industry Experience in the European Union- AIEEA (Short Visit Academia-Cum-Industrial Experience EU 27)" has been kicked off by the Indo-European Education Foundation (IEEF), Poland. From April 23 to May 04, 2023, An Indian delegation with 2 students and 2 professors successfully completed their "Academia-Industrial Experience" project in 3 countries including Poland, Czech Republic, and Germany.

As project is dedicated for the Indian students, scholars, and universities from India and provide them a real time experience in the European Union at the European Universities as well as Industries which may change their perception of academia-industries needs and prepare them up to the needs of today's market by focusing on tomorrow's perspectives.

The very first batch was organized in association with Savitribai Phule Pune University, India and its affiliated Institute MMM’s Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune, India. The delegation was led by Prof. Dr. Kranti D. Deshmukh, Principal, MMM’s Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune, India along with a faculty Prof. Dr. Revati, Naik, and two students 1. Abhilasha R. Mahajan (2nd year/ 3rd semester student under B.A. LL.B 5 years course), and 2. Aditya D. Patankar (1st year student under B.A. LL.B 5 years course).

An intensive program was conducted during April 23- May 04, 2023. The best part of this program was that our Indian delegation had an opportunity to participate under Erasmus+ program BIP (blended Intensive Program) conducted by our partner university at University of Applied Sciences in Nysa Poland where they had an opportunity to take academic and industrial experience along with following partner universities and students:

1. Hochschule Mittweida, University of Applied Sciences, Germany (21 students and 3 professors)
2. University of Dunaujvaros, Hungary (9 students and 2 professors).
3. University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland (13 students and 2 professors)

During the BIP program the entire Indian delegation also had an extensive workshop and training program at a German Manufacturing company "Schattdecor Sp. z o.o", głuchołazy, Poland.

After Completion of BIP, our students and professors had a chance to visit the beautiful capital city of Czech Republic "Prague", and later a 3 days program was conducted in Germany.

In Germany from May 01- 03, 2023, Indian participants had a few joint lectures at the University of Applied Sciences in Mittweida, Germany and a lifetime learning experience by visiting BMW Factory, Leipzig, Germany where they can see the entire process of a car manufacturing and assembling process.

It was an eye opening experience for law students and professors coming from India (a common law legal practicing country) to see and compare Civil Law Legal System practices. They realise the possibilities and opportunities for students, faculty members and educational institutions provided under such programs and platforms provided by Indo-European Education.

Happily this program ends with the distribution of participation certificates (certificates from partner universities, participating companies, and final certificate by IEEF) and creating many friends around the globe with lots of memories and hope to participate in other programs organized and conducted by IEEF.
