Prof. Ph.D. Eng. First doctorate obtain on Warsaw Politechnic- Faculty of Engineering. The Second doctorate in Economics he obtain in University of Warsaw - Faculty of Economics. He was also President of Polish Marketing Society, President of Foundation for Development of Computer Technicue, Member of Supervisory Council of Polish Economic Society, Member of Board of Polish Cybernetic Society.

He also was by 10 years on position Senior Berater (Advisor) of Treuhand Ost Europa Beratungsgsellshaft under Treuhandanstalt- Germanyt. He also was Professor of High School of Cemmerce and International Finance - Head of the Chair of European Integration, Professor of Warsaw School of Management and Marketing, Professor of Leon Koźmiński Academy Entrepreneurship and Managemenmt, Professor of High School Entreprenuership and Managerment, Professor in Vistula University. On posiition of Visiting professor he was on Thayer School of Engineering in Dartmouth College in New Hempshire USA, Saixon University Netherland Deventer, Freie Universitat of Amsterdeam, Freie Universitat of West Berlin.

He also worked in ICT International Computer and Tabulators – System Development, Division of Management Systems in London. In Poland he was on position of Department's Director of International Relations and Deputy Director on Economic and Finance both in Ministry of Construction. Also he was on position of Deputy Director of Domestic Market and Consumption Institute and Head of Department of Information Systems at Institute of Administration of the Council of Minstres. In this time he was also Director of Local Service Organisation – LSO under ROECE Regional Office for Central Europe and EAST – Vienna - IBM. He was also Secretary of Supervisory Board of Housing Bank and Advisor of President of few banks. The main topic of lecturing: Financial engineering, Structure of global economy, Menegerial economics, Financial marktes, TQM – Total Quality Management, Busines Plan structuring, Venture Capital, Regional economy, TNC- Transnational Corporations, SME-Small and Medium Enterprises, Investment credits, Financial activities of enterprise, Basic of finance, Small business and entrepreneurship, County council finance, emerging markets.
