A delegation from Trakya University, Turkey, visited our IEEF's branch office at UAS Nysa, Poland.
The delegation was led by Dr. Mehmet Emin BAYNAZOGLU, Assistant Professor & Department Head of Management Information Systems, Erasmus Coordinator of College of Applied Sciences at Keşan, Trakya University came along with two other professors - Prof. Dr. Cengiz ERDAL, Professor of Public Relations and Advertising, and Department Head to Public Relations and Advertising; and Prof. Dr. Ahmet ATAKIŞI, Full Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and Vice-chair of Department of Economics, came to the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa.
The delegation came to Nysa on Friday 24th May 2024 on the invitation offered by Dr. Pradeep Kumar, President, Indo-European Education Foundation, Warsaw, Poland. They were hosted by Mgr Anna Opalka, Chairperson of the Indo-European Education Foundation's Branch office at the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, and IR Head of UAS Nysa, Poland. During the meeting, she presented the possibilities of academic cooperation and developing exchanges between both the universities between the faculties.
After a fruitful talk with the IR office and IEEF's Chairperson, Dr. Mehmet Emin BAYNAZOGLU had a very interactive session with the students, at the faculty of Modern Languages, and delivered a lecture on the “importance of Intercultural Communication skills in today’s changing world”. He also conducted an online game “KAHOOT”.
The visit was well organized and coordinated by Dr. Pradeep Kumar, President of IEEF and Faculty of the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa; and hosted by Prof. Dr. Alina Dittmann, Dean of the Faculty of Modern Languages, University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland. Dr. Mehmet Emin BAYNAZO?LU and his colleagues have shown much engagement in developing the cooperation between Trakya University, Turkey, the Indo-European Education Foundation, and the University of Applied Sciences.
