DAAD Project Funding 2024 (Model A), Internationalization of German Universities

Dr. Pradeep Kumar, President of Indo-European Education Foundation, Warsaw, Poland; Adjunct at the faculty of Modern Languages, University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland; Adjunct at the faculty of Philology, University of Opole, Poland, has received project funding for foreign guest lecturers for teaching activities at German universities in 2024 (Model A), for the project Internationalization of German Universities.
Prof. Dr. Pradeep Kumar has been selected for a project funding under “Internationalization of German Universities” as a Project leader in “Promotion of Foreign Guest Lecturers for Teaching Activities at German Universities” funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) through the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The project is coordinated and supervised by Prof. Dr. rer. oec. Serge Velesco, Educational Dean cooperation degree programs, Faculty Industrial Engineering, University of Applied Sciences in Mittweida, Germany.
The project aims to bring long-term impact to the participating universities in Germany:
- to the establishment of efficient and cosmopolitan universities in Germany, and
- to establish and/or intensify international exchange and cooperation on the internationalization strategy and Profile building of German Universities.
To achieve these long-term effects (impacts), the program pursues the following program goals (outcomes):
- The students at the German university have gained international and intercultural learning experiences (Internationalisation@home).
- The international dimension of teaching at the German university is strengthened.
The project is funded for the year 2024-2025.
