International Cultural Festival 2025–26: Celebrating Life and Choice
The Indo-European Education Foundation proudly acknowledges the successful conclusion of the International Cultural Festival 2025–26, organized and conducted by the International Centre, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, India, on 7th February 2026. This year’s festival was dedicated to the socially significant theme: “Say No to Drugs and Yes to Life.”
The event commenced with a flag hoisting ceremony, followed by an inspiring speech delivered by Prof. Dr. Vijay Khare, Director of the International Centre, SPPU, setting the tone for an evening of cultural celebration and awareness.
Starting at 6:00 pm, the festival brought together students, scholars, and cultural enthusiasts from across the globe to celebrate creativity, diversity, and social responsibility. Through an inspiring mix of music, dance, theatre, and interactive sessions, participants not only showcased their artistic talents but also highlighted the importance of making positive life choices.
The festival was graced by dignitaries from the European Union, led by Prof. Dr. Pradeep Kumar, President of the Indo-European Education Foundation, along with local administrative officials, lawmakers, academicians, university authorities, and other distinguished guests. They honored all the winners by presenting them with trophies, adding prestige to the festival and motivating participants to continue striving for excellence.
The festival served as a vibrant platform for cultural exchange and academic engagement, reinforcing the International Centre’s commitment to fostering cross-cultural understanding and social awareness. Attendees left the event inspired, reminded of the value of life, and motivated to make informed, healthy choices.
