Dr Pradeep Kumar
Dr. Pradeep Kumar, President of Indo-European Education Foundation, Warsaw, Poland, is an Assistant Professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland, an External Expert for Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), Government of Poland (since 2018), an Editorial Board Member of ‘Journal of World Economic Research (JWER)’, Science Publishing Group, New York, USA, and ‘European Documentation Center and Analysis for Management’, Romania. He is an initiator of a global platform Business Risk in Changing Dynamics of Global Village (BRCDGV), and visiting Professor in over 25 universities in India, Ukraine, Kosovo, Montenegro, and the European Union (including Poland, Germany, Romania, and Spain). He has published numerous articles in various research journals (30+) and edited volumes, and his recent books include Foreign Capital Remains Buoyant for the Development of Indian Economy: Beyond the Pandemic (2020); The Determinants of Foreign Direct Investment in Emerging Economies: The Case of India and Poland (2020); Emerging Trends in Higher Education: A Roadmap for Poland-India Relations (2019); Business Risk in Changing Dynamics of Global Village, 2020 (co-edited, 2020); Business Risk in Changing Dynamics of Global Village 2 (co-edited, 2019); Pliable Versatile Customizable, Academic Management & Marketing, co-author, 2019).
Dr. Kumar has been featured among top 50 Indian Achievers’ from across the globe, who have made our nation’s proud through their diligent work and bonafide personalities, by Indian Achievers’ World Magazine 2021 (April - June 2021, http://www.ieef.pl/news/238-Featured-Among-Top-50-Indian-Achievers-From-Across-The-Globe-Indian-Achievers-World-Magazine-2021), and received Global Achievers’ Award 2020-21 by H.E. Mr. Tsewang Namgyal, Ambassador, Embassy of India in Warsaw, Poland 'for Excellence in Education’, in recognition of outstanding professional achievement & Contribution in Nation Building, New Delhi, India; The 2021 Global Choice Awards for ‘Outstanding & Remarkable Contribution to the Global Education’ by Xel Research, New Delhi, India; "Rector's Award 2021" for Scientific Achievements and Organizational Development, under Individual Qualification, at the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland; and Best Scholar’s Award (2013), at Vistula University, Warsaw, Poland.
He is the one who has initiated academia-industry interlinked model of business cooperation for Poland and India which has increased the well qualified Indian students at Polish universities up to 6000 in 2019, compared in 2014 when total Indian students studying in Poland were 227. Dr Kumar is a keen researcher and academician in the area of International Business with practices of International Economics, Foreign Direct Investment, and Higher Education. He leads various research projects, and supports business needs in order to fulfil today’s requirements of academia and industries. His courses, programs and lectures are top ranked in Poland, India, Ukraine, Germany and many other European and non-European countries. With 15+ years of international experience in teaching, training, consulting, and research, his knowledge & experiences are acknowledged globally by national and international lawmakers, stockholders, research scholars, industries, and society at large. Recently, he has coordinated a project for “Warsaw Stock Exchange” dedicated to ‘GPW Growth Project’ as a consultant (2019), and helped many public and private universities in Poland (EU and non-EU countries) for their survival and enhancement of quality education.
Prior to University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland, he was associated with Lazarski University, Warsaw, Poland (2014-2016); and Director of Indo-European Centre, Director for E-MBA online program, and a teaching faculty under Business and International Relations at Vistula University, Warsaw, Poland (2011-2015); Coordinator for Contemporary India Research and Studies, an European Union Project, at Institute of International Relations, University of Warsaw, Poland (2009 - 2011).
