IEEF’s Leaders Academy is an educational project consisting of a unique training and interships in the best companies operating on the Polish and Indian markets. The Academy is a community of young professionals - dynamic and creative ambassadors of Polish-Indian cooperation

1. TRAININGS: include managerial skills (such as effective teamwork, conflict management, decision-making and negotiation) and practical skills workshops. Throughout the program, the team is working on the real challenges facing by managers (such as the development of a strategy for international expansion) and learning about these processes from different perspectives.
2. INTERSHIPS:  2-month paid internship in Polish or Indian partner’s companies is an opportunity to develop practical knowledge. Each trainee has a mentor who supports him or her in development process.
3. PEOPLE: the classes are ran by the best scholars and managers on the market. Together with them, participants prepare case studies.
4. Alumns: a unique group that creates a unique community. Graduates work in the best companies operating in the Polish and Indian markets. They are in contact, support and exchange professional experiences and have the opportunity to learn from the best professionals on the market. Regular, intimate meetings with business personalities, annual conferences of all Alumns are initiatives that facilitate professional development long after the end of the project.
